ADI Global Distribution is looking for an experienced Marketing Communications (Marcom ) Project & Production Specialist as an essential member of the International Customer Experience team.
The Marcom Specialist oversees the planning, coordination, production, and execution of marketing communication projects across multiple business channels. This role serves as the central point of contact for print production, retail signage, trade show materials, digital signage, translation services, vendor management, and budget administration while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with corporate brand standards.
JOB DUTIES:
- Improve marketing operations by developing scalable workflows, optimizing signage and print processes, recommending cost-effective production methods, and partnering with stakeholders on creative business solutions.
- Budget & Financial Management
- Manage the annual MarCom materials and translation budget, including vendor quotes, purchase orders, invoice approvals, expense tracking, and blanket/ad hoc PO administration.
- Digital Signage Management
- Publish and schedule content for digital signage through Skykit, ensuring accuracy, timely deployment, and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Resource Center Administration
- Maintain and optimize the MarCom SharePoint Resource Center, ensuring marketing assets and documentation remain current, organized, and accessible.
- Translation Coordination
- Oversee translation projects from intake through delivery, maintaining standardized workflows and processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications with advanced English proficiency.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, managing multiple concurrent projects using tools such as Workfront.
- Experience with commercial print production, vendor management, retail marketing materials, and trade show execution.
- Budget management experience, including purchase orders, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
