The Senior Saviynt Expert plays a critical role within the Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) Team, taking responsibility for architecting, implementing, and supporting the organization's Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. This position focuses on identity lifecycle management, access governance, application onboarding, role-based access control (RBAC), certification campaigns, and compliance to ensure secure and efficient identity management across the enterprise. Success in this position depends on strong technical expertise, self-direction, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills to optimize identity processes, strengthen security controls, and enhance the user access experience.
Design, implement, and configure Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) solutions for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
Configure and manage identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) integrated with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors.
Implement RBAC, birthright access, entitlement-based provisioning, access governance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SAP, ServiceNow, databases, and cloud/on-premises applications using REST, SCIM, JDBC, and other connectors.
Configure and customize Saviynt connectors, provisioning workflows, approval policies, password policies, and business rules.
Perform SC2 server installation, troubleshooting, and configure scheduled jobs using the Saviynt Job Control Panel.
Provide L2/L3 production support for provisioning, access requests, certifications, campaigns, and connector/API-related issues.
Troubleshoot platform issues using Saviynt logs, SQL-based Data Analyzer, and perform health checks, upgrades, and patch validations.
Manage access request workflows, certification campaigns, compliance reporting, and audit support activities.
Collaborate with IAM architects, application owners, security teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and operational guides.
Requirements
~1 min read5+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
Strong knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), RBAC, SoD, access certifications, and entitlement management.
Experience integrating Saviynt with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), ServiceNow, SAP systems, and enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with Saviynt connectors, including AD, Azure AD, REST, JDBC, and SCIM.
Strong SQL skills with experience using Saviynt Data Analyzer.
Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and application integrations.
Good understanding of authentication and security concepts such as SSO, MFA, and LDAP.
Experience providing L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, and incident management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
