Test Equipment Engineer

Join a team that designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. You will prepare test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment. You will provide test areas with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed, and compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. You will collaborate with other experienced engineers in an interdisciplinary company that applies best practices to achieve world-class results. JOB DUTIES:
 

• Design test equipment
• Coordinate the build of test equipment
• Work with design and manufacturing engineering teams to define design criteria for new test equipment
• Partner with manufacturing to achieve and maintain the highest possible yield, ensuring equipment meets or exceeds established performance targets
• Ensure all equipment complies with company standards for performance and safety
• Maintain records of equipment performance and modifications
• Actively participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems, ensuring compliance with requirements and carrying out assigned activities
