FC STAFF ( Long Giang IP, Tien Giang Province)

* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

- Final inspection for finished goods & component

- Sample inspection

- Handling 2nd or 3rd inspection.

* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:

* Main responsibility:

- Conduct final inspection for finished goods before transferring to finished goods warehouse or before shipment

- Conduct final inspection for finished component before moving to other factories

- Conduct sample inspection at TD workshop or at SDC before shipment

- Conduct inline inspection in case of requested

- Prepare documents & tool for inspection

- Make inspection report or self-inspection report for sending to customers

- Handle customer (2nd or 3rd parties) inspection

- Seal sample control

- Cooperate with production, QC in-line, TD, sale, PI and related departments to solve quality problem

- Verify corrective and preventive actions from production for failed FC inspection

- Check the completeness of FMEA reports for new products

- Other related tasks

* WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

* Internal:

- Communicate production, QC in-line, TD, PPD, GOC, Logistics and related departments for inspection, quality issue and related tasks

* External:

- Contact to the 2nd or 3rd party inspector for external inspection if necessary

* Reporting: 

* Superior:

- Directly report to Supervisor/ Assistant Manager

- Directly report to the Manager if necessary

* Subordinate: None

* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

* Must requirement:

- College/Bachelor Degree, major in Mechanical or any of Technical field

- Just have graduated or experience in QA or Technical field

- Knowledge of Quality System or similar jobs

- English: can read documents in English

- Computer: utilize well MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

*WORKING CONDITION:

- Working place: ScanCom Vietnam, Long Giang IP, Tan Phuoc 3 Commune, Dong Thap Province, Viet Nam and CMs in Dong Thap and Tay Ninh provinces.
