Host/Hostess- Logan Circle

• →Greets all guests upon entering/leaving the restaurant and assists any relevant guest needs. 
• →Uphold a standard of excellence in customer service. 
• →Performs reservations responsibilities and maintains seating assignment charts. 
• →Manage flow of traffic and direction to the various outlets of the establishment (Bakery, Café, Market, Mezzanine). 
• →Answers telephone and answers questions accordingly. 
• →Perform shift change and/or closing duties. 
• →Maintain host/hostess station clean and organized. Ensure all menus are clean. 
• →Helps in set up, maintenance, and break down of service floor and stations. 
• →Restocks necessary supplies. 
• →May be required to assist in private events as needed and instructed. 

• →Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the Bakery, including, but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook. 
• →The Bakery operates 7 days a week. Department schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands and employees may be asked to work shifts other than those they prefer or normally work. 

• Ability to stand for a long period of time. 
• Good oral communication skills.
