  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Enterprise Data, Analytics & Integration team while remaining actively engaged in technical delivery.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate data and reporting needs into scalable, practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure & Operations, and Cybersecurity to deliver integrated enterprise technology capabilities.
  • Establish a pragmatic technology roadmap, operating model, vendor partnerships, and performance metrics.
  • Drive initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption, delivering measurable improvements in data accessibility, reliability, operational efficiency, and business value.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data architecture, engineering, integration, analytics, or related technology disciplines.
  • 5+ years of technical leadership experience, including demonstrated success building or transforming enterprise data capabilities.
  • Proven hands-on experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and integrations.
  • Strong expertise in cloud data platforms, APIs, ETL/ELT, data engineering, enterprise integration architecture, and business intelligence technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering self-service analytics and reporting solutions that enable business users to independently access and use enterprise data.
  • Experience integrating ERP, CRM, and other business-critical enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, master data management, data quality, and AI enablement.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage technology partners, and deliver production-ready solutions.
