Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Proficiency with Social Media (Meta, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc) and Google Ads platforms, and ad management platforms, data analytics, programmatic advertising, and a strong understanding of digital marketing.
- →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and project managers to develop new ad concepts and assets when current campaigns underperform.
- →Performance Management: Own the core KPI of helping clients achieve meaningful growth in their enrollment pipeline. Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous optimization.
- →Tech & Automation: Utilize tools like Zapier to automate campaign workflows and ensure smooth integration between lead sources and client systems.
- →Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of marketing trends, platform updates, and compliance best practices in education marketing.
- 3+ years in performance marketing, with significant hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other social advertising platforms.
- Experience with SEO execution and management.
- Proven success in lead generation campaigns and funnel optimization.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead challenging discussions and influence strategy.
- Proficient with campaign analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting.
- Comfortable using Zapier or similar automation platforms to streamline marketing operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field and/or Digital Advertising Certifications ie. Google Ads Certification
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience in education marketing or K–12 enrollment campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead nurture flows.
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and in accordance with the approved brief and technical requirements.
- Budgets are paced responsibly, tracking is reliable, and performance risks are surfaced early.
- Campaigns show consistent, evidence-based optimization against the KPIs established for each account or project.
- Reporting is clear, accurate, and actionable, with recommendations tied to campaign data.
- Documentation is current, deadlines are met, and cross-functional partners receive timely communication.
