Dual Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

• →To ensure that all maintenance functions, including preventative maintenance are following company and   
• →brand standards for compliance and safety  
• →Ensures fulfillment of preventative maintenance programs o brand standards including equipment, heating   
• →and air conditioning units, ice machines, fire extinguishers/smoke alarms, plumbing  
• →Completes preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public space  
• →Ensures swimming pool and spa maintenance duties are performed according to brand standards and health department regulations  
• →Proactively follow specific departmental procedures in performing repair, maintenance, alteration, and installation work in a safe and neat manner.  
• →Delegate, supervise, and participate in all preventive and general maintenance programs by maintaining a room's maintenance strategy and scheduling preventive maintenance  
• →Assists other departments in fulfilling guest requests and resolving guest concerns  
• →Educated hotel personnel on emergency procedures and safety precautions  
• →Acts as Manager on Duty when required  
• →Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives 

• Minimum of High School education, post high school education preferred  
• Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel maintenance position, supervisory role preferred  
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry  

• Ability to multi-task   
• Team player   
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
