NYS Licensed Massage Therapist - The Spa at Woodcliff

• →Provide professional massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other therapeutic techniques based on client needs.
• →Conduct client consultations to assess physical condition, medical history, and specific concerns prior to treatment.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment space in accordance with health and safety standards.
• →Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout each session by explaining procedures, adjusting techniques, and responding to feedback.
• →Keep accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and any relevant observations.
• →Recommend appropriate spa products and wellness practices to enhance guests' at-home care.
• →Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry techniques and certifications.
• →Collaborate with other spa team members to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Valid state massage therapy license or certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa, wellness center, or clinical environment preferred, but not required.

• In-depth knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and physiology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to maintain physical stamina to perform multiple treatments per shift.
• Understanding of contraindications, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
