Senior / Principal Windows System Administrator (Clearance Required)

For the past forty-five plus years, we have supported Department of Defense customers by developing innovative remote sensing algorithms, tools, and techniques to deliver world-class data exploitation capabilities supporting missile defense; intelligence, surveillance, & reconnaissance; space domain awareness; and aircraft survivability missions.

• →Provide Windows systems administration in multiple heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments
• →Install, configure, and manage Windows operating systems, applications, and related software, including Microsoft Exchange, Office, SharePoint and SCCM.
• →Implement and maintain Group Policy settings and other configuration tools.
• →Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to protect Windows systems and data.
• →Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows systems and applications.
• →Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying problems.
• →Develop and document technical configurations, processes and procedures
• →Collaborating with other teams
• →Other duties as assigned

• 5+ years professional experience performing duties of a Windows system administrator
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments including experience managing and troubleshooting Windows 11 and Active Directory
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, a related field, or equivalent experience
• An active and transferable Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification)
• Experience with system hardening and STIGs
• Detail oriented
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Candidates meeting the following criteria will be preferred:

• Experience using VMWare vCenter, vSphere, and ESXi or other virtual computing methods
• Storage Area Network (SAN), Network Attached Storage (NAS) systems
• Understanding of basic networking, including subnets, routing, and VLANs; Cisco experience and/or certification
• Experience with Linux system administration
• Creation and deployment of Windows system images in an enterprise environment
• Experience with U.S. government certification & accreditation processes
