Senior Staff / Senior Systems Integration Engineer

• →A current TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmental Information
• →A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
• →A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in systems engineering or systems integration
• →Proven experience in integrating complex software systems with hardware components
• →Strong understanding of system integration principles, testing methodologies, and software development processes
• →Experience troubleshooting a platform stack providing software services
• →Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• →Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Candidates with one or more of the following skills will be preferred:

• →Experience with government hosted ground system frameworks
• →Experience with missile warning systems or other defense-related applications
• →Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies
• →Demonstrated experience leading technical teams
• →Graduate degrees or coursework in Systems Engineering or related fields
