As a Coordinator (SIL), you will report to the Accommodation Services Manager and provide strong leadership within the SIL home, driving effective change, managing staff and budgets, applying sound NDIS knowledge and processes, and working closely with clients to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred outcomes.
About the Role

- Work location: On-site in Reservoir
- Demonstrated experience in Mental Health and/or Behaviours of Concern are essential to successfully supporting the customers who live in this home
- Demonstrated confidence and resilience in working with people with complex needs
- Be an advocate for the people we support, families/carers and other key stakeholders through establishing rapport and understanding
- Strong communication and leadership skills to deliver guidance to a team of passionate Disability Support Workers
- Facilitate change and drive continuous improvement to support the purpose and vision that are important to the successful operation of Scope's values
- Previous experience in leadership/management within the disability sector is required
- Previous training and experience using BiPAP machine highly advantageous

- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
