Coordinator – Carnegie Social Connections (Day Program)

About the Role

- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the capability to guide teams through change and drive continuous improvement
- A collaborative leadership approach that values diverse perspectives, demonstrates strong listening skills, and encourages open discussion and shared decision‑making
- Client‑focused, with a strong commitment to person‑centred practice and positive outcomes
- Proven experience working closely with clients, families, and stakeholders to support goals and meaningful participation
- Confident in managing budgets and overseeing operational and financial responsibilities
Requirements
~1 min read- Valid Drivers Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
- Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
