As a Senior Speech Pathologist based in Newton VIC, you’ll provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services. Your focus will include dysphagia management, clinic-based service development, and supporting adolescents and adults with disabilities to achieve their goals.

• →Deliver advanced Speech Pathology interventions in swallowing and communication.
• →Drive innovation in clinic-based service models.
• →Provide specialist consultation for complex cases.
• →Mentor junior therapists and supervise students.
• →Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
• Membership eligibility with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Expertise in dysphagia and mealtime management.
• Experience in evidence-based interventions for communication and swallowing.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
