As a Senior Speech Pathologist based in Newton VIC, you’ll provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services. Your focus will include dysphagia management, clinic-based service development, and supporting adolescents and adults with disabilities to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Deliver advanced Speech Pathology interventions in swallowing and communication.
- →Drive innovation in clinic-based service models.
- →Provide specialist consultation for complex cases.
- →Mentor junior therapists and supervise students.
- →Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
- Membership eligibility with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Expertise in dysphagia and mealtime management.
- Experience in evidence-based interventions for communication and swallowing.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
