Remote Project and Product Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with hands on experience using AI tooling to improve client delivery. You will have explored AI across prototyping, problem solving, and day to day project execution, and know how to apply it to move work forward faster and with better outcomes. This role suits someone who can run project delivery end to end while also using agentic coding tools to prototype, unblock technical work, and support the team directly. What your day-to-day will look like: Own project scope, timeline, budget, and client communication end to end Responsible for team delivery and achievement of goals Identify risks, blockers, and scope creep early, and drive them to resolution Run stakeholder updates, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for account growth Keep documentation, reporting, and handoffs clean and consistent Convert client goals into clear, sequenced, buildable plans Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Replit, or similar) to prototype, unblock, or ship small to medium pieces directly Direct and support engineers and QA on the project, and make clear calls on tradeoffs and priorities Qualifications: 3-4 years of Project Management experience, plus 1 to 2 years of Product Engineering or AI experience Proven ownership of client facing projects, including scope, budget, timeline, and risk. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and SDLC. Fluent with agentic development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Replit, etc.), applied to real client delivery Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous goals and drive them to completion with minimal oversight Strong English, spoken and written Comfortable working in agile, culturally diverse, and fast moving environments Reliable, proactive, detail oriented, independent, and able to multitask Full stack comfort, able to read code, scope technical work, and ship small builds Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, or a related area.  Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, ScrumMaster) are a plus.  The Secret Ingredients That Make Us Special: Your growth is our growth.
