Responsibilities

As the Manager, Power Steering, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of serial production activities across Scout Motors. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and optimize production planning strategies, drive process improvements, mitigate operational risks, and ensure alignment with program timing, quality, and performance objectives. Through strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and operational excellence, you will help establish scalable planning processes that support stable production launches and long-term manufacturing success.

→Serve as a key leader in the serial scheduling steering team
→Development and creation of a serial planning control strategy in coordination with adjacent departments
→Monitor and implement key performance indicators and specifications of various departments
→Development and control of serial planning control processes using new technologies
→Maintain and create overall processes and workflows for all departments of serial planning
→Coordinate all valuation requests and drive the consolidation of the Serial Planning departments
→Management of the overall concept for risk management within series planning
→Develop Project Management Team according New Project / Serial Planning activities
