Senior Staff Accountant

• →Experience with QuickBooks Online (Advanced preferred), including bulk journal entry and transaction imports through native or third-party import tools.
• →Ability to write and run queries in Google BigQuery (or similar SQL tools) to pull, join, and analyze transaction data.
• →Experience in payments, merchant services, fintech, or lending.
• →Exposure to multi-currency accounting or Canadian operations.
• →Experience with a loan servicing platform such as LoanPro.
• →Experience in Stripe or related platforms.
• →CPA (or progress toward it)

3. Panel Style Interview/Presentation or Live Coding (Tech roles): A practical exercise to showcase your skills and approach with a cross-functional panel.
4. Executive-Level Interviews & Reference Checks: A chance for you to meet our leaders, discuss big-picture alignment, and introduce us to your professional references.
5. In-Person Connection: We include an in-person visit at our Pasadena HQ, either as a final interview step or during your first week of onboarding, so we can connect face-to-face right from the start!

Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 - $130,000 + equity
