Senior Manager, Software Development

• →Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or
• →Equivalent work experience and
• →8+ years of relevant technical experience, including full stack software development, database development, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture best practices, and governance and
• →5+ years of experience leading a development team of at least 5 developers across various disciplines
• →Strong organization, prioritization, analytical, and problem solving skills
• →Strong vendor management and partner relation skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• →Ability to make good decisions in a timely manner when solutions are not clear, and information is somewhat ambiguous
• →Initiative, good judgment, and ability to work independently under pressure in a changing environment

• Enterprise architecture certification

$95,472.00 - $135,180.71
