Responsibilities

→Test new features by hand, deeply: exploratory testing of long, multi-role flows (pricing, eligibility, documents)
→Build and own automation: Playwright + TypeScript E2E and API tests, running in CI
→Keep the suite trustworthy: hunt down flaky tests, maintain selectors and test data, keep regression fast
→Own the release: run the QA board, test plans and regression, and give the go/no-go before every deploy
→Investigate production issues: use Sentry, Datadog, and PostHog to find the error, the logs, and the user session, reproduce it, and hand developers a ticket they can fix right away
