- Risk & Quality – Identify risks early, strengthen quality processes, reduce rework, and prevent issues before they impact projects.

Requirements

- Proven ability to identify problems, assess risk, and implement practical solutions that improve project outcomes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across estimating, operations, project management, field leadership, safety, subcontractors, and clients.
- Experience with quality management, project reviews, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with construction/project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within the metropolitan area and surrounding regions; valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation required.
