Material Spreading Laborer/Driver (Non-CDL)

We are seeking a Crew Laborer and Driver to join our North Nashville team and assist with various hands-on tasks at job sites. If you’re a hard-working, team-oriented individual who enjoys physical work and making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

• →Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying/transporting materials, and assisting the crew on-site.
• →Help load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• →Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• →Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized job site.

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude when working as part of a team.
• Punctuality, reliability, and strong time management skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
