PCS Operations Technician

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform routine PM activity on pump exhaust systems and perform qualification of equipment after maintenance.
• Use Standard Operating Procedures to troubleshoot and repair seals found as leakers.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, unit part technicians and support group counterparts to ensure compliance to external and internal quality standards and to meet quality goals.
• Conduct exhaust PM, perform Pump Changes, and troubleshoot chillers while navigating the political landscape to accomplish results.
• Demonstrate effective collaboration with FAB Engineering to improve equipment metrics for the factory
• Participate in mechanical assembly and disassembly, daily documentation, and continuous improvement projects to improve equipment performance for all areas including bottleneck areas.

Skills and Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing
• Technical knowledge of electro/mechanical equipment
• Competent and experienced in oral and written communication skills.   
• Experience in performing Low Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition vacuum line issue troubleshooting
