SECOM is looking for a full-time Customer Experience Representative to be the friendly voice and face of our company. In this role, you'll help customers with questions about their internet, phone, and other communication services while delivering the outstanding service that sets SECOM apart.
Most customer interactions take place over the phone, but you'll also welcome and assist customers who visit our office in person. Every day brings something different, from helping a customer understand their bill to assisting someone with new service options or troubleshooting concerns.
