Flex Security Officer - Sharon, CT

• Must be available for any shift (days, evenings, overnights)
• Must be available any day of the week
• Weekend availability is required

• →Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors
• →Patrol facility premises and monitor access points
• →Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner
• →Enforce site policies and procedures
• →Complete clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports
• →Provide excellent customer service to everyone on site

• Prior security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be able to work in a healthcare setting and follow all site-specific protocols
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
