Full Time Security Officer - Weekends Off!

• Ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and company assets.
• Maintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm. 
• Help prevent theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage.
• Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards.
• Provide visible deterrence against criminal activity and suspicious behavior.
• Support organizational operations by creating a safe and secure workplace.
• Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.

• →Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.
• →Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.
• →Control building access by verifying identification, checking credentials, and managing visitor logs.
• →Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and security incidents.
• →Enforce security protocols, company rules, and regulations for premises, personnel, and visitors.
• →Inspect doors, windows, gates, and security equipment to prevent unauthorized access.
• →Investigate suspicious activities, behavior, and security breaches. 

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
