Security Officer – Healthcare Setting
Danbury, CT | Full-Time, 38 hrs/week | Monday–Friday, First Shift | $18.50/hour

• Employment type: Full-time (38 hours per week)
• Location: Danbury, CT
• Shift: First shift, Monday–Friday
• Pay: $18.50 per hour

• →Monitor entrances, exits, and overall facility security
• →Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
• →Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations as directed
• →Enforce facility rules, regulations, and access control procedures
• →Complete clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• →Work closely with healthcare staff to support a safe environment

• Prior security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High school diploma or GED
• Must meet all local/state licensing requirements for security officers (if applicable)
• Ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol screening, in line with company policy
