Lead Security Officer - Greenwich

We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Officer to support the daily operations. This role serves as a key extension of site leadership, assisting with operational oversight and ensuring seamless coverage of responsibilities when management is engaged elsewhere on site.

The Lead Officer will play an important role in maintaining security operations, supporting staff, providing exceptional customer service, and helping ensure a safe and professional environment for employees, visitors, and clients.

• →Assist with the day-to-day management of site security operations.
• →Provide leadership and guidance to security personnel on shift.
• →Support site leadership with operational oversight and issue resolution.
• →Monitor security systems and advanced camera platforms.
• →Create and manage employee and visitor badges.
• →Deliver concierge-style customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
• →Maintain situational awareness and apply strong security judgment when responding to incidents or concerns.
• →Prepare reports, maintain records, and complete administrative tasks as needed.
• →Ensure compliance with site policies, procedures, and security standards.

• Available to work all major holidays
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Security industry experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and operate advanced security technologies and camera systems.
• Experience with badge creation and access control systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with clients, employees, and visitors.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and security-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
