- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Respond to security and safety incidents, accidents, inclement weather, and other conditions following procedures established for assignment.
- Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
- Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
- Protect evidence or scene of incident in the events of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
- Set up barriers and signage and provide direction or information to others.
- Prepare logs or reports as required for patrol route, enter information in a computer, inspect security control logs and take action as needed.
- Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Requirements
~1 min read- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Must have reliable means or communication and transportation.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
