Morning Shift - Healthcare Security Officer, Danbury

• Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas of the facility
• Provide a visible security presence and respond to incidents
• Assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions and basic information
• Enforce facility rules and regulations in a calm, professional manner
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately
• Support emergency procedures (fire, medical, security) as directed
• Work closely with healthcare staff to maintain a safe environment

• Ability to work the set schedule: Thursday–Sunday, 05:30–13:30
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to pass background checks and meet any state/local licensing requirements
• Previous security, military, law enforcement, or healthcare experience is an asset but not required (training provided)
