Securitas is expanding our team at a busy retail property in Lake Grove, NY, and we are looking for dependable, professional Security Officers and an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.

Whether you're an experienced Security Officer looking for a more consistent assignment or you're ready to take the next step into a leadership role, we want to hear from you.

SECURITY OFFICER – FULL-TIME | $18.03/HR
40 Hours/Week

Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM

SECURITY OFFICER – OVERNIGHT | $18.03/HR
32 Hours/Week

Friday, Sunday, Monday & Thursday
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

SECURITY OFFICER – PART-TIME | $18.03/HR
24 Hours/Week

Friday & Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

SITE SUPERVISOR – FULL-TIME | $20.09/HR
40 Hours/Week

Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Monday & Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekend availability required

This is an opportunity to work in a professional retail security environment with consistent schedules and multiple shift options.

Our Security Officers play an important role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. The Site Supervisor will help lead the team, support daily operations, and serve as a key point of contact at the property.

We're looking for people who are:

Requirements

Please review the requirements before applying:

At least 1 year of security experience
Active New York State Security Guard License
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to work the assigned schedule
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Strong communication and customer service skills

Candidates must meet one of the following:

1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in security or a related field; OR
5 years of security experience as a Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, or comparable leadership position

Additional requirements:

Active New York State Security Guard License
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to coach and support Security Officers
Comfortable completing reports and using basic computer systems
Ability to respond professionally to incidents and emergencies
Weekend and evening availability

Security Officers should be comfortable spending significant portions of their shifts on their feet, walking throughout the property, conducting patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, and interacting with customers and employees.
