Overnight Healthcare Security Officer - New Milford

• Monitor entrances, exits, and overall facility activity
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance
• Complete clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Enforce site policies and procedures in a fair and respectful manner
• Work closely with healthcare staff and follow site-specific protocols
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (per company policy)
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies
• Reliable transportation to and from the site
• Prior security, military, law enforcement, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
