Our Patrol Security Officer positions help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

· Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure.

· Strong communicator; capable of working closely with both global and local security teams.

· Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols, always maintaining a safe and respectful approach.

· Basic computer skills required.

· Strong customer service skills and prior experience preferred.

· Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

· At least 18 years of age.

· Reliable means of communication and transportation.

· Legal right to work in the United States.

· Ability to effectively speak, read and write English.

· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
