PT Flex Security Officer - Danbury

• Must be available to work all shifts: days, evenings, overnights
• Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Flex/Float role: you may be assigned to different shifts based on operational needs
• Part-time hours; schedule may vary week to week

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly in emergencies
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites in the Danbury area
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare environment
• Must be able to pass all required background checks and screenings

• →Provide a visible security presence at healthcare facilities
• →Patrol and monitor premises to help protect patients, staff, visitors, and property
• →Observe and report incidents, hazards, and suspicious activity
• →Respond to emergencies and follow site-specific procedures
• →Enforce site rules and regulations in a professional, respectful manner
• →Complete clear, accurate written reports
