Security Supervisor, Overnight - New Milford

Securitas is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to oversee security operations within a healthcare environment in New Milford, CT. This position is responsible for leading overnight security staff and helping maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, employees, and facility property.

• →Supervise and support security officers during the overnight shift
• →Ensure compliance with post orders, site procedures, and company policies
• →Conduct routine patrols and facility inspections
• →Respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and security concerns
• →Prepare and maintain accurate reports, logs, and documentation
• →Serve as the primary point of contact for site leadership and Securitas management during assigned hours
• →Assist with officer training, coaching, and development

• Previous security experience required
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required (security or related field)
• Healthcare security experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond effectively during emergencies
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
