SOC Operator - Wilton

• Monitor security systems, alarms, cameras, and related tools from the SOC.
• Assess and triage incoming alerts and events according to established procedures.
• Document incidents clearly and accurately in reporting systems.
• Communicate with field officers, supervisors, and client contacts as needed.
• Escalate issues following defined protocols when risk or impact is elevated.
• Follow Securitas values of vigilance, integrity, and helpfulness in all activities.

• Prior security, dispatch, or SOC experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during routine monitoring.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and comfort working with multiple applications at once.
• Ability to work the fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 14:00–22:00.
