• →Control access to the facility and monitor entry/exit points
• →Verify identification and credentials as required
• →Provide directions and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff
• →Patrol assigned areas and report safety or security concerns
• →Respond to incidents and follow site-specific procedures
• →Complete accurate, timely incident and activity reports
• →Collaborate with healthcare staff to support a safe environment

• Strong customer service skills and a professional, courteous demeanor
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to remain calm and respectful in stressful situations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow post orders and procedures
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly when needed

• Preference given to candidates with:
  • Prior security or healthcare security experience
  • An active state guard card/license
• No prior experience is required – training will be provided for qualified candidates

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age (or state minimum, if higher)
• Ability to pass background checks and any required screenings
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
