As an Armed Patrol Officer in a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, help to deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. • →Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and applicable reporting requirements.
• →Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, process areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Control access by verifying credentials, monitoring visitor and contractor entry, and documenting security-related activities in accordance with site procedures.
• →Carry and maintain assigned equipment, including firearms, in accordance with Allied Universal policy, site requirements, training, and applicable laws.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
