As a Security Officer supporting commercial real estate and technology, media, and telecommunications locations, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and site personnel while supporting a welcoming environment. • →Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• →Monitor access points, visitor activity, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements; provide directions and assist with authorized entry processes.
• →Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications, and promptly report maintenance, access, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
