• →Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• →Monitor entry and exit points at a manufacturing and industrial location, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• →Control access for vehicles, shipments, and contractors in accordance with site procedures, including directing authorized personnel to designated areas.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
