As a Security Officer Access Point Driver in Saratoga Springs, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors. You will maintain a visible presence, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns while supporting a welcoming environment. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. • →Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a healthcare and pharmaceutical location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• →Monitor access points and verify identification, credentials, and authorization before permitting entry to restricted areas, helping to deter unauthorized access.
• →Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records; issue and collect access credentials in accordance with established procedures.
• →Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, building entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or access control concerns.

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
