As a Dispatch Security Professional with Allied Universal at a utilities location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and support timely responses to security-related needs. • →Provide customer service to utility operations personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• →Monitor dispatch communications, alarm activity, and incoming service requests; accurately document, prioritize, and route information to appropriate personnel.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• →Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident reports, activity records, and shift handoff information in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of operational areas, access points, and the perimeter as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
