As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. • →Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• →Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• →Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, badge verification, and direction of authorized individuals in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• →Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
