• →Provide customer service to clients, visitors, delivery drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Maintain a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests according to site procedures.
• →Monitor visitor, driver, and delivery activity at the entrance, maintain accurate logs, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• →Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow established reporting procedures.
• →Assist with access control and reception-related communications to help support orderly operations at a logistics and distribution location.

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
