• →Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Monitor and manage access control points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site requirements.
• →Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of technology workplace areas, access points, and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and security-related concerns.
• →Assist with maintaining an orderly flow of authorized personnel and visitors while supporting a professional, welcoming environment.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
