As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Security Patrol in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and assist visitors with professionalism and clear communication. • →Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and security-related policies at government facilities.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, public areas, parking areas, and perimeters to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• →Monitor entrances, exits, and authorized-access points; verify credentials as directed; and maintain accurate visitor, incident, and activity logs.
• →Respond to incidents, public inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• →Communicate clearly with site representatives, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership while preparing complete and timely reports of security-related observations and incidents.

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
