You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. • →Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Monitor access points, vehicle traffic, and personnel entering or leaving the logistics and distribution location in accordance with site requirements.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, package-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, buildings, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• →Observe and report unusual activity, damaged property, and potential hazards to help deter unauthorized access and support orderly operations.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
