Security Officer - Hospital

As a Security Officer Hospital Morgue Security in Derry, NH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. You may assist with sensitive hospital situations while working collaboratively with the care team. • →Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• →Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established facility protocols.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, parking areas, corridors, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as needed, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• →Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with site leadership and emergency responders.

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• Must have at least two years of service in a healthcare/medical-related field.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
