As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in ANNAPOLIS, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer for a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position involves operating a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements, communicating professionally with tenants and visitors, and supporting a welcoming environment. • →Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• →Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• →Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
