As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a hospitality location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to concerns, communicate professionally with guests and staff, and use technology to document activity. • →Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of hotel public areas, guest corridors, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• →Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• →Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• →Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and observed conditions in accordance with site procedures.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
