As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain a visible presence, support routine patrols, and help deter security-related incidents while creating a welcoming environment. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. • →Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• →Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• →Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.
• →Assist with maintaining an orderly access environment by communicating professionally with occupants and visitors and coordinating with property management and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
